My father, exercised all his life, even until a few months before he died at 94. He went to the gym every day except Sunday and worked out for 1 ½ hours. I too, work out daily, and so do many other people. My father also did something else daily. He did math problems, read books and stayed current on daily affairs. My father was a very interesting man, you could talk to him about anything and everything, I miss him very much. See, exercising our bodies, minds and spirits is a very important part of staying healthy and living a long life. 1 Timothy 4:8 reinforces this it says, “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” Today, be intentional about taking care of all of you, not just part of you. For we only have one life to live, let us live it to the fullest. So take care of our self, daily. God Bless. Amen.
