O LORD God—who is and was and will

O LORD God—who is and was and will always be—You are our LORD, our God, our Creator and our Sustainer, our all in all.

October 12, 2023

O LORD God—who is and was and will always be—You are our LORD, our God, our Creator and our Sustainer, our all in all. We bow down before you on this day and give thanks, praising your Holy Name. Be with us as only you can, hold us in the palm of Your hand, put Jesus’ blood of protection upon us and keep us safe. Fill us with the Holy Spirit and as we go forth into this day, let us represent You in all that we do. If troubles assault us, give us that peace which passes all understanding. Strengthen us, so that we can face any situation that comes our way. For we know that with You on our side, we can conquer life’s difficulties. And finally, we pray for Israel, your chosen people. We pray for America, the one Nation under God, for our leaders and government officials to receive the wisdom of God, to act in obedience to that wisdom and for the power of God to flow in their lives. May these words of our mouth and this meditation of our heart be pleasing in Your sight, LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer. (Psalms 19:14) These things we pray in Christ Jesus our LORD’S name. God Bless. Amen.
