Right now, you may be feeling afraid to

Right now, you may be feeling afraid to express your feelings in a certain relationship.

November 2, 2023

Right now, you may be feeling afraid to express your feelings in a certain relationship. You may not feel confident in sharing your ideas at work. You may feel that what you say has no value. You may even, feel fear of being rejected, if you express your feelings. You could feel you might lose your job, a friend or that special relationship, if you expressed your true feelings. Maybe as we develop our relationship with God, we begin to see ourselves through God’s eyes. Through our relationship with God, we receive God esteem. Thus, fear dissipates and there is no need to fear. 1 John 4:18 tells us, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out all fear.” God is not of fear. Fear comes from within. Fear does not come from God. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love and self-discipline.” Today, is the first day of the rest of your life. Live it in God, not fear. Know that no matter what happens in life, God will see you through giving you the strength and courage you need. Let the fear go. Trust God for He is bigger than any situation. God Bless. Amen.
