So how is your day going?

So how is your day going? Is it a good day? An ok day? A frustrating day? What kind of day are you having? What makes it a good day, or an ok day, or a frustrating day? Is it our attitude? Does our attitude define our day? I believe it does. Life is life we have moments of unbelievable happiness that are accented by moments of pain and frustration but if your attitude is good then you can make it through any situation you are in. Philippians 4:8 reads, “Finally brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” Proverbs 17:22 tells us, “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” Philippians 2:14a says, “Do all things without grumbling or disputing…” Our attitude does not have to go hand in hand with what has been occurring throughout the day. Our attitude is a way of thinking or feeling about someone or something. Our attitude is controlled by our thoughts and is expressed by our words and actions. So how is your attitude, because life gets rough and it is our attitude that sees us through. Life is 10%, attitude is 90%. (Charles Swendoll) Does your attitude need an adjustment? God Bless. Amen.
