Someone is always watching, even God! Do you

Someone is always watching, even God!

May 14, 2023

Someone is always watching, even God! Do you like to go out into a public place and people watch? You can see many things: people fighting, holding hands, laughing or you can see the loneliness of someone walking by. You see every race and nationality. You see tall people, short people, small and large people. You even see pretty people and not so pretty, you see young and old people. And upon their faces you see the sketches of their life being told. When you watch people, those same people are watching you and what do they see? We were in Home Depot. There was a man and a woman. The man was yelling at her in a very angry, hateful way. Gary said, “If he doesn’t stop. I am going over there.” The man must have heard Gary, for he stopped his meanness. We forget someone is always watching us and we are watching others too. If this is true, what do others see, a kind and loving person or an angry mean person; is God revealed through your actions or is there hate lurking upon your face? We all people watch, so what do your actions and words reveal about who and what you are? Matthew 5:16 reads, “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” It is something to remember. God Bless. Amen.
