The unknown can be a scary place, because in the unknown, your imagination can and probably will run wild. You think of all the possibilities that can happen. This mind of ours and its imagination can make up a lot of things and most of the things are not good. Learning to trust God and not let your imagination run wild can at times be very hard to do. Psalm 31:14 reads, “But I trust in you, LORD, I say, you are my God.” Psalm 56:3 tells us, “When I am afraid, I put my trust in You.” Proverbs 3:5-6 states, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” If we can learn to focus on God. Keep our eyes upon the Lord. Then our mind is not apt to run wild when we are dealing with the unknown. Ways to do this is through prayer, meditation, reading the Bible, listening to Christian music. Today, no matter what you are facing remember God is with you, place your trust in Him. And if your imagination starts to run wild. Just focus on the LORD God Almighty—believe—for it will work out. God Bless. Amen.
