There are many ways to deal with life

There are many ways to deal with life when you get overwhelmed, frustrated and irritated and you know not what to do.

July 28, 2025

There are many ways to deal with life when you get overwhelmed, frustrated and irritated and you know not what to do. Some of us talk it over with loved ones or friends. Some might see a doctor, a counselor, or a minister, to seek the help they need. There are those that seek out the scriptures to find the guidance to get through rough times. Romans 15:4 reads, “For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.” There are those who cry out to God asking for help and yes hope. All the while praying and praying and praying. No matter how you seek the help you need, remember God is always there for you. For faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrew 11:1) And with hope we can keep putting one foot in front of the other. Because God gives us hope when nothing else will. Remember God is with you always and forever. God Bless. Amen.
