There are times, when we forget whom we belong to and to whom we answer to! Isaiah 33:22 reads, “For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our King; it is He who saves us.” The Lord is our lawgiver. Everything we need to know about right from wrong is in the Bible—which is the word of God. If you have a question about what is right or wrong, go to the Bible the answer is there. Searching the scriptures, helps you to draw closer unto our LORD, but it always gives you a clearer understanding of what you need to do. Another thing to remember is you cannot pick and choose what scripture you what to use to make it pertain to what you want. You have to understand what was going on at that period of time in history and how it applies to you today. God gave you a mind to use—use your knowledge wisely—for you do not want to lead anyone astray, not even yourself. Remember if you desire wisdom, be not wise in your own eyes (Proverbs 4:7) or if you require wisdom for a specific situation you face. Go to the scriptures in prayer and God will reveal to you what you need to do. It is something to think about, because the Bible is our guide to life! God Bless. Amen.
