To greet someone means to address with expression of kind wishes upon meeting or arriving at some place. Different ways to greet someone is by saying hello, good morning, good afternoon, good day, good evening, it is so nice to see you again, it is so nice to talk to you, it is so wonderful to hear your voice, by saying hi, how are you and so many other ways to express oneself. Today, let us take a moment for our Lord, by greeting Him. When you are washing dishes or clothes, take a moment to say hello to God. When you are taking a break at work, say good morning to God. When you need to use the restroom, say good day to our LORD. When you are at a stop-light, say good afternoon to God. When a commercial is on the TV, say good evening to God. Today, whenever you have an opportunity take a moment and talk to our LORD. By doing this you are intentionally making time for God and isn’t that what we are called to do? God is always ready to listen anytime you are ready to talk to Him. Job 22:27a reads, “You will pray to him, and he will hear you…” Try it. Your day just might become better than ever—it could be the best day of your life. God Bless. Amen.
