Today, you may encounter things that you cannot

Today, you may encounter things that you cannot control.

January 6, 2025

Today, you may encounter things that you cannot control. You may feel helpless or frustrated by these events wondering, “What in the world is going on!” If you let it, these events can ruin your day. Or you can choose to push through whatever is going on in your life, remembering God is with you. And making the most of your day, despite the frustrations. Isaiah 59;19 reads, “When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.” Isaiah 54:17 says, “No weapon that is formed against you will prosper…” 1 John 14:27 states, “Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.” When we have a relationship with God, we know that no matter what is going on the good, the bad, or the sideways, God will see us through that moment, that frustration, that day. Because God is the one sure thing in life. Therefore, instead of letting these events, that you cannot control, ruin your day, let these events inspire you and motivate you. For with God on your side how can you fail, how can your day be so bad? You woke up, didn’t you? God Bless. Amen.
