What and Who is God?

God is our all in all.

March 14, 2026

“And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin.” Exodus 34:6-7a NIV)

When you think of God what do you think of: creator, redeemer, comforter, sustainer, deliver, just, all-powerful, all-knowing, everywhere, faithful, loving, forgiving, reliable, holy, goodness, trustworthy, kind, stable, steady, gracious, merciful, mighty, wonderful, unchanging, eternal, just, knowledgeable, wisdom, and hope.  To name just a few of the characteristics of God.  God is also personal, a friend, a helper, He is our all in all.  He is, and was, and will forever be.  For He is the beginning and He is the end.

Sometimes, we forget what an awesome God we serve.  He is King of kings, Lord of lords mighty and wonderful is He.  Today, turn to God, talk to God, pray, meditate, read the Bible, get right with God, get closer to God and be still and know that the Lord your God is there with you always and forever.  Let us praise God and give thanks.  Rejoice, for this is the Day of our Lord let us be glad in it.  What a mighty God we serve.  Praise the Lord!  God Bless. Amen.
