What are you thankful for? To be thankful

What are you thankful for?

November 20, 2023

What are you thankful for? To be thankful means to express gratitude, be grateful, pleased, and glad; it can also mean expressing relief. When we are thankful, we can convey our thoughts to others and through earnest prayer. Today, let us be thankful to our Lord for all the wonderful things He has done. For He is King of kings, Lord of lords mighty and wonderful are You. O LORD, You are Holy, You are above all things and You are our God. “We ask that You bless each and every one of us. You know our hurts and our concerns; our pain and our frustrations. You alone, know what we need, to keep going. Give us the courage we need and the wisdom to discern, in the midst of the thing called life. Give us hope and sustain our every move. Help us to remember that all good things come from You and that no matter what is going on in our life You will see us through—step by step, moment by moment. And now LORD, fill us with your Spirit and give us that peace which passes all understanding. These things we pray. Amen.” God Bless.
