What does God mean to you? The creator

What does God mean to you?

January 30, 2025

What does God mean to you? The creator and author of all things? Giver of life? Sustainer of life. The supreme being? All powerful, all knowing, all mighty, omnipotent? Is God with you in all things and in all situations and circumstances? Forgiver? Merciful and wonderful? Guider? Wisdom giver? Is God to you all loving and full of grace? Is He your redeemer? Do you see God as a personal God? Or a God not to be bothered with? Is He your Father? Does He judge the wicked? Does He give you hope? Is God your protector? What does God mean to you? Or have you ever really thought about it before? Psalms 18:2 reads, “The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.” God is our all in all. He is the one sure thing in this life of ours. Especially when life is filled with pain and heartache, trials and tribulations, for that is when He becomes our rock. So, turn to Him and hold on to Him for He is your lifeline in this life of ours. Believe it. I want you to think about this, maybe we need to ask this question and answer it more often. Maybe then our understanding of God will be ever present in our daily lives, not just occasionally. God Bless. Amen.
