What is one thing in your life that you would like to change?

July 24, 2024

What is one thing in your life that you would like to change? Heal a broken relationship? Find Mr. or Mrs. Right? Have financial success? Have good health? Have a loved one healed? You pray and pray and yet nothing changes. Doubt becomes your friend. You wonder why things don’t change, because you have been praying and praying. Here is the thing, life is life, good things happen, bad things transpire, and things get all topsy-turvy. God never promised us that life would be fair or perfect. What God promised is that He would be with us in all situations and circumstance. That He would be the one sure thing in this life of ours. That He will give us the strength and courage we need to face each moment, of the day, step by step. So don’t give up, know that God is with you. Isaiah 41:10 reads, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Somehow, someway, it will work out, maybe not as you want—but it will all work out—for God is with you. God Bless. Amen.
