What relationship do you find special?

December 18, 2023

What relationship do you find special? In this relationship, do you cherish the person? Are you kind and considerate to that person? Or do you take the person for granted and sometimes mean and inconsiderate? In every relationship we have, it would be nice if we could be patient, kind, considerate, and loving, for you never know what tomorrow will bring. Let us take it a step further. What type of relationship do you have with God? Do you take God for granted, not spending much time with Him, only talk to Him when you need something? If you think about this, and are honest, you will probably realize that making time for God will be worth your effort! James 4:8a reads, “Come near to God and he will come near to you.” Psalm 91:1 says, “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” Sometimes we take for granted the relationships that are most important to us. As I get older, I find relationships are what is truly important in life—not only with those around you but with God as well. God Bless. Amen.
