Who are the people that you trust in

Who are the people that you trust in your life?

November 17, 2024

Who are the people that you trust in your life? Is it your spouse, your parents, your children, stepchildren, daughters-in-laws, in-laws, grandchildren, your siblings, a close friend? Is it one person or a few? Trust is a firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something, it is having confidence, belief, or faith in a person or thing. If this definition is true, who is it that you really trust in your life? I have found that we can lose our trust with people, but one thing is for sure, God will see us through the situation at hand. God is the one sure thing in this thing called life. Psalm 9:10 reads, “Those who know your name trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.” Sometimes, all we can do is go to God, pour out our hearts, cling to Him, and pray and pray. Then, trust Him to see us through the situation we are in. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Sometimes that is all we can do—trust! Remember this too will pass. God Bless. Amen.
