By the Grace of God.

Salvation is a gift from God.

April 9, 2026

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12 NIV)

For an individual, salvation means being rescued by God from the consequences of our sins, our mistakes, and yes, our wrongdoings.  Salvation often implies spiritual rescue from the evils in this world. It signifies being saved from wrong doing and reconciled with God.  It is the understanding and acceptance of God’s grace.  For salvation is considered a direct result of God’s grace.  Which is a gift that cannot be earned through good deeds, religious rituals, or moral effort.

Titus 2:11 tells us, “For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.”  Ephesians 2:8-9 explains, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.”

Salvation saves us from our sinful nature.  Grace redeems us when we sin.  And faith is how we receive salvation.  For God alone saves us from sin, for we have been redeemed by the grace of God.

So, what sins do you need to be saved from?  Maybe today, is the day you go to God in prayer—for it is by the grace of God you have been saved.  God Bless. Amen.
