Regrets, do you have any?
February 9, 2024

Regrets, do you have any? I think we all do. Regrets are different than mistakes or sins. To regret is to feel sad, or disappointed over something that has happened or been done, especially a loss or missed opportunity. When you live with regrets, you play over and over in your mind what you wished you would have done differently. You do the woulda, soulda, choulda hoping for a different outcome. All the woulda, shoulda, coulda’s will never change the outcome of the situation you regret. Learning NOT to question where you could have been or should have been is the key, for you cannot change the past. The past is the past. By turning your regret over to God, you let go and let God. Thus, you learn not to question where you could have been, you recognize where you are, and that is where you are supposed to be. Today, make the best of your life, for you cannot change the past and you do not know what the future will bring, all you have is today—so make it the best day ever. Remember, it is God who arms you with strength and keeps your way secure. (2 Samuel 22:23) God Bless. Amen.
