When you die what do you want others

When you die what do you want others to remember about you?

June 1, 2025

When you die what do you want others to remember about you? Your good looks. The money you made. Your anger? Your meanness. Your compassion and kindness. Your love of life. Your relationship with God. Your ability to sing. Your ability to paint. The way you write. Your cooking. That you were grumpy. Or what a sweetheart you were. What will you be remembered for? Think about it, what do you want people to remember you by? Because of your words, actions, and behavior people will remember you by something when you are gone. Life is short, how we act and what we do does have an impact on others. “What we do in life echoes in eternity.” (Maximus Declimus Meridius) Romans 14:12-13 reads, “Each of us will give an account of himself to God. Try to live in such a way that you will never make your brother stumble by letting him see you doing something that he thinks is wrong.” Today, take an inventory of how you act and the words you speak maybe you need to reassess how you are acting and the words you are speaking. It is something to think about! God Bless. Amen.
